About Me:
Running is elementary. It is elegant in its simplicity. – John Bingham.
I remembered myself climbing up and down stairways after my first marathon in 1988. It was then the ‘longest’ stairways ever. From then on – I promised myself that I will only finish my running races, strong. I didn’t stop running since.
There’s a saying – the human body is made to run. Endless benefits, both physical and mental derived from running. Only one statement describes why one do not run – “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only weak minds”.
I have explored numerous marathon races in Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand, and found each experience being unique and beautiful. It is always satisfying to run alongside and exchange with runners from different countries and background.
Today, I’m doing my marathons in Ironman Triathlons Races. I’ve completed 2 Ultra-marathons and 3 Ironman Triathlons Races and loving it. In these endurance racing – it’s always the ‘journey’ that matters, finishing line is relative.
I’m pacing 4hr30min for the coming SCSM 2009 and I look forward to (and very much would like to assist) your success in conquering this 42.195km ‘voyage’. Hope to see you at the start line.
