About Me:

In 2005, after being prompted by a number of my friends suffering heart related problems, I had my first medical check up out of fear. I was told by my doctor to start exercising and my first run was on a tread mill for 10mins on speed 8 with no incline. After years of inactivity, my knees buckled as I step off the machine and I was flushed with embarrassment. In the same year, I was 'arrowed' to do fund raising for the annual 'Project Miracle' with another colleague. We decided to round up a few other 'pavement stompers'  to sign up for SSCB 2005.

After completing my first half marathon in 2005, I manged a full marathon in 2006. Subsequently, participating in running events became a hobby. Prior to getting to know TeamFatBird, I casually ran on my own. Last July, I joined TeamFatBird irregularly to achieve the most enjoyable SSCM. In 2009, I decided to join the pacing group as a gesture of gratitude to TeamFatBird.
