Ask yourself this: What do you run for? To me, I run to enjoy and to inspire others to run.
Years ago, I was obese and hated sports. Running is the last thing I ever wanted to do. I got sick of my unhealthy lifestyle and wanted to make a change. What did I do then? I started running on the treadmill. Slowly I progressed on to road running. As time goes on, I realize I love running and eventually, I got addicted to endurance running. To date, I’ve completed 2 ultramarathons, 4 marathons and numerous 10k races. To those who are training for SCSM, I hope you are being inspired and hopefully bring inspiration to others like I do.
